We ship to the continental United States only.

All orders for bottles are shipped via a major carrier. Ground service. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed and ships.

Returns

At Clear Gear, we stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want all Clear Gear users to be happy with their purchases.  We are committed to assisting customers to develop a treatment protocol (https://cleargear.com/how-to/) to get the most benefit from our products. If, after adhering to our recommended treatment protocol, the results are not to your satisfaction we will accept a return of the remaining supply within 60 days of purchase with receipt.

To return, or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected].  Please allow up to three (3) business days for us to respond.  For purchases made at one of our retail partners, please return product directly to the retailer from which it was purchased with the original receipt. Purchases made through retailers are subject to their own return policies. Returns for Clear Gear products should be made via UPS or via a shipment company that offers insurance and product tracking.
